• Get one main paper ready (Job market paper; JMP)
• Polish the paper and send it to your committee.
• Only plan to go to the market if your advisor says yes.
• Start preparation of application materials:
  1. Personal website
  2. Professional picture (U-Town has photo taking service)
  3. CV (1-page)
  4. Research statement
  5. Teaching statement (with teaching evaluation)
